Bio: Widely recognized for his leadership and accomplishments as a public servant and in private enterprise, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney currently serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Free and Strong America PAC. In 2008, Governor Romney was a leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination and distinguished himself as an important voice in favor of strengthening our economy, military, and families. Governor Romney has been deeply involved in community and civic affairs, serving extensively in his church and numerous charities including City Year, the Boy Scouts, and the Points of Light Foundation. He was also the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in 1994. Governor Romney received his B.A., with Highest Honors, from Brigham Young University in 1971. In 1975, he was awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar, and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Governor Romney and his wife Ann have been married for 40 years and have five sons, five daughters-in-law, and fourteen grandchildren.

Topic: The need for a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Bio: Rick Tyler has been part of former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich’s team for the last ten years. He currently serves as his Spokesperson. Rick is also the Founding Director of Renewing American Leadership, a 501 c3 organization dedicated to defending and advancing American civilization by restoring our Judeo-Christian heritage. Rick was a candidate field trainer for GOPAC for ten years. He has trained hundreds of candidates, their staffs, and volunteers to lead successful campaigns for elected office in 26 different states. Rick is a contributing author to the New York Times Best Seller Real Change: From the World that Fails to the World that Works by Newt Gingrich. He was the project manager for Speaker Gingrich’s book on healthcare called Saving Lives and Saving Money. Rick lives in Virginia with his wife and their daughter.
